David White Associates Limited operates from Wetherby in West Yorkshire. This location, close to the Leeds/Bradford airport and major road and rail links, represents the ideal base for providing our construction-related consultancy services throughout the UK.

Working alongside figurehead David White the directors and joint business partners have a wealth of experience totalling over 70 years. As David White Associates’ equal decision-makers we think as one and have produced a company culture of always adopting best practice standards and ethical methods.

We are passionate about our business. We have a solid track record within the construction industry and have been commissioned by both local authorities and blue chip private sector clients. On similar ventures with both the public and private sector we provide a cost-effective, consistent interface of the knowledge base.

We understand the importance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluating performance and Continuous Development. On every project we deliver on time and within budget. We are skilled in the principles of lean-thinking, efficient planning and innovative procurement. We are well experienced in cost authentication and control through “open book” transparency. We concur with the concept and practice of partnering and applaud the various initiatives on collaborative thinking.

We are progressive. We are independent. We are reliable and trusted.
