A chartered quantity surveyor with over 11 years’ experience, Glenn has worked extensively in the telecommunications, health, education and retail sectors.

Prior to joining David White Associates, Glenn was a Managing Quantity Surveyor for the regional arm of a national Housebuilding, Property Development and Construction company. He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1999. A former graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University (where he was awarded the Tweeds Annual prize in quantity surveying) and the University of Northumbria, he achieved a BSc (Hons) degree (2:1) in Quantity Surveying and an MSc (Commendation) in Construction Project Management.

As a company director Glenn is team leader for PFI Education and Health commissions as well as heading telecommunications projects. In addition he heads the commercial services and cost planning facility to medium-sized contractors. Recent projects include £28m and £60m Education PFI schemes, and £6m and £500k brown field private residential developments.
