Phil is a quantity surveyor with over 7 years’ experience and has worked extensively in the private residential, office and process sectors.

Prior to joining the company in 2004 and becoming a fellow director, he worked for two national contractors.

A former student of Huddersfield Technical College and Leeds Metropolitan University, his qualifications include a B.TEC Higher National Certificate in Building Studies (with Merits and Distinctions) and a B.TEC Ordinary National Certificate in Building Studies (with Merits and Distinctions). With his BSc (Hons) degree (2:1) in Quantity Surveying behind him, he is now working towards full accreditation to the Royal Institution of Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

Phil works closely with fellow director Chris Wheelton and is primarily involved currently with Social Housing commissions.
